We can arrange complete moves over the Weekend, or even Bank Holidays (with 14 days notice) to minimise any loss of productivity and have you and your staff up and ready to go in your new offices in no time!
NB: Our Medium to Large Business relocation is available as part of the Gold or Platinum package level only (2 or 3 men team provided, including wrapping, dismantling of office equipment, transport, unpack, reassemble desks, shelving etc).
Extra special care is taken in transporting often expensive and fragile office plants, lamps and paintings etc.
Sole Traders, or small/single office movers can avail of our entry level budget Silver plan, if they are willing to prepare and lift the items (this is a Driver and Van service only, so unsuitable for medium-larger businesses).
The Business Movers
Our dedicated Business Supervisor meet with you (Platinum service) in advance of your move, to survey both your current office and new premises, ensuring that every element, from access lifts, to disassembly of office furniture, careful packing of IT equipment, boxing of filing cabinet contents etc, is meticulously planned and executed.
We will provide templates to prepare an inventory of all items, and request floor plans/layout sketch for the new premises, to assist in planning positioning and replacing the items in the new office(s), working as a seamless team with your staff to ensure there are no snags and that you are back up and working productively in no time!
